Forget about the fake climate science and greenhouse gas emissions, it's time to complain about geoengineering to the people who are supposed to safeguard our air, water, and land.

I wish this comments inquiry was more about GeoEngineering and fake climate science than going after carbon emissions. You are carbon. I am carbon. Plants need carbon dioxide to breathe; plants then make oxygen for us to breathe. Simple, right? So why do you want to stop the plants from breathing exactly?

My concern is not this fictitious IPCC, the sky is falling, non scientific, political rhetoric. My concern is about the geoengineering programs already in progress for no reason at all, and against my consent. Somewhere I am paying for this nonsense and it needs to end. Now.

In my city, Phoenix, AZ, the lines in the sky are so bad that I cannot get up from my bed because I cannot breathe. Forget inhalers. These are nanoparticulates that are damaging brains, organs, and the nervous systems of avians, fish, and humans. Children included.

The JCS have the financial and physical capabilities to implement a program this vast across the United States, as well as people from NATO countries are complaining about the same damn geoengineering planes and toxic lines in the sky.

When we seek remedy, Americans get the run around when investigating this issue. Your governor is not in charge, ask the FAA. The FAA does not know anything. When weather forecasters mention your city's heat island, do you just get the idea of one locale? Here is what those Urban Heat Islands look like: 

The urban heat island effect occurs primarily during the day, when urban impervious surfaces absorb more sunlight than the surrounding vegetated areas. Trees, grasses, and other vegetation naturally cool the air as a by-product of photosynthesis. They release water back into to the atmosphere in a process called evapotranspiration, which cools the local surface temperature in much the same way that sweat cools a person’s skin as it evaporates. Trees with broad leaves, like those found in many deciduous forests on the U.S. East Coast, have more pores to exchange water than trees with needles, and so have more of a cooling effect.

With elections for the City of Phoenix slated for tomorrow, Tuesday, August 25th, a curious situation happened: the rain was postponed. As weather forecasters predicted rain Monday night but mostly into early Tuesday morning and afternoon, all of a sudden, that prediction was put on hold.

Where did the rain go? 

After days of blue skies, the lines returned. Coincidence? 

And who is paying for these expensive toxic weather modification days? The City of Phoenix, which is already in financial debt? The State of Arizona, ditto? Or the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who have plenty of budgeted funds thanks to policy papers like PNAC, or it's new name the Foreign Policy Initiative? 

Tomorrow's Propositions are full of United Nation's funding for Climate Change policies that are destructive to Americans, the environment, and government budgets. 

One thing is certain: GeoEngineering is making a mess of our skies, ozone layer, and weather. 

Don't let GeoEngineering make a mess of Phoenix more than it already has.

With the summer voting season upon us, Phoenix City residents are being asked to vote on measures they know little to noting about. Our advice: if you don't know, Vote: NO!

The VDP Gazette over the years has made it our mission to inform residents about Agenda 21 and other underhanded schemes imposed on us by our Mayor and City Council members. Take for instance, Proposition 100. That seems innocuous enough. Vote on the City of Phoenix's general plan. 

Have you seen the General Plan? Were you ever notified about changing the General Plan? I have not. I have not heard one word about how the City of Phoenix planners would like to waste money on Urban high rise lifestyles, lightrail, or "sustainability." 

Do not get us started on Proposition 104, the $31 Billion tax revenue scheme to pay for light rail! 

City of Phoenix workers are still on furloughs. Employees are not even making their own base salary, but we can waste money on trains that go nowhere.

As some residents have pointed out, we have a deficit in the number of police officers for the safety of our streets. 

Didn't Phoenix just shut down a school because of financial problems?

So no school, no police, no employee full time work hours, but we can pass U.N. climate policies to degrade our streets, living standards, and housing developments. 

Sounds like our Mayor and City Council members need to focus on Phoenix first or be voted out of office. What do you think?

So if you come to a Proposition and are not sure what to do: Vote: NO. Phoenix cannot afford to follow other cities into debt and poverty over politically motivated money schemes for U.N. officials.

Proposition 104, Phoenix Tax Payers Are Being Taken for a Ride

Committee to educate public on $31,500,000,000 Phoenix Transportation Plan(Phoenix, AZ) — Today, the Taken for a Ride – No on Prop 104 committee publicly announced its formation to oppose the $31,500,000,000 sales tax (Transaction Privilege Tax) that will be put before voters on August 25, 2015. The sales tax, which was approved to go before voters by Mayor Greg Stanton and several city council members, is calculated to give Phoenix, Arizona one of the highest sales tax rates in the United States.

Explaining why he is chairing the “No” committee, United States Army Veteran Matthew Kenney said, “When I returned from the battlefields in the Middle East, my hometown of Phoenix led the country in kidnapping and poverty.” Kenney said he was staggered to learn, “At a time when my commute times are below the national average, Phoenix’s murder, robbery, assault and overall crime rates were on the rise (latest 2012 statistics). Phoenix leaders have lost their focus – it’s about badges not buses — they are getting it wrong.”

Once touted as one of the “best-run” cities in the country, Phoenix, Arizona has seen a troubling decline since the new Mayor was sworn in, in 2011. In discussing Phoenix’s rapid decline, Taken for a Ride Consultant, Mike Noble said, “Phoenix was most recently a city in the black and now finds itself trying to tax itself out of the red. No society in the history of the world has taxed itself into prosperity regardless of the types of jobs you intend to create.”

In what many are calling a generational tax, Proposition 104’s language is very unclear according to election observers and legal scholars who are considering challenges. Mike Noble said, “Hiding $31 Billion from taxpayers reminds me of underhanded politics– Politician’s generally rue the day that they try to slip one by the taxpayers.”

Matthew Kenny added, “Phoenicians and small business owners will have to shoulder a 31.5 billion dollar tax burden and the mayor cut a deal with big business excluding purchases above $10,000 from the proposed new tax, where is my deal Mr. Mayor?” 

Chairman, Matthew Kenney concluded, “31 billion dollars will buy every man, woman and child living in Phoenix Arizona today, a smart car…. Out of the goodness of Phoenix taxpayer’s hearts, we could also purchase a smart car for every man woman and child who lives in Tucson Arizona. This is just bad policy, we should vote no on Prop 104.”

Matthew Kenney served 6 years as an infantry officer in the United States Army and fought in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. Matthew resides in Phoenix, is married to his lovely wife, Brittany, father to his daughter Eden and they expecting one more addition to the family in several months.

Our thoughts and emotions make an imprint on the environment. So much so that emotions can be photographed in water molecules. 

The Water Crystals of Masaru Emoto

Mr Emoto took water samples from around the world, slowly froze them, then photographed them with a dark field microscope with photographic capability. As each water crystal is unique, around 90 photos would be taken of the same water source, and the water crystal photo that represented the majority would be chosen.

Generally, clean healthy water creates beautifully formed geometrical crystals, while polluted water is too sick to form any crystals at all.

Mr Emoto decided to see how thoughts and words affected the formation of untreated distilled water crystals.
This was done by typing words onto paper, then taping the paper onto glass bottles overnight.

Note that the negative words 'You make me sick, I will kill you' resembles an image of polluted water.

Now we see the affect of thoughts and intent on the water.

Below left is an image of very polluted and toxic water from the Fujiwara Dam. Below right is the same water after a Buddhist monk (Reverend Kato Hoki, chief priest of Jyuhouin Temple) offered a prayer over it for one hour. Prayer, that’s sound coupled with intention, seems to have an extraordinary ability to restore the water back to its natural, harmonious, geometric symmetry.
