Wind, wind, and more wind... is this Arizona? Triple digits this weekend could end that debate. So get out the pool supplies and water launchers, summer is here, even for just the weekend.
Forecast Discussion: Strong, gusty northerly winds will continue through midday Thursday as high pressure to the west is fighting to push the trough to the east of Arizona out of the way. That trough will pick up anchor on Thursday allowing the west coast ridge of high pressure to move over Arizona by Friday. Much lighter winds are expected Friday through the weekend under sunny skies. Daytime highs will also reach the middle to upper 90s on Saturday and Sunday. The air quality will also improve the next few days. Particulates have been held nicely in the Good range of the Air Quality Index (AQI) the past couple days due to northerly winds. Ozone, however, has pushed into the middle Moderate range at multiple Valley locations. Concentrations are starting lower this morning and we should see maximum ozone levels back in the Good range perhaps by today, but most likely by Thursday.

How Sustainability Looks When Phoenix is Transformed into a Human Waystation

Staff Writer, DL Mullan
United Nations / Agenda 21

Social Equity, Economy, and Ecology; Tenets of Sustainable Development
Have you wondered what all the marketing is on your city water bills? City mail? Why your electric company keeps sending you "energy score cards?" And, other waste of money mailings that try to tell customers their consumption of utilities is unmanageable? Unsustainable? Horrifying?

Have you ever wonder how much of the Sustainability scheme is a lie?

How about all of it.

Sustainability is not about creating a better Earth or ending pollution from corporate or governmental entities, it's about creating a human prison system on planet Earth.

Do you believe this plan is impossible? People who believe in Agenda 21 are conspiracy theorists? Then you need to get the facts:

Agenda 21 -Source Document from the United Nations

United Nations Document - Land should be Public, not available for Private Ownership: "Land, because of its unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlements, cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market."

MegaRegions

Picture Smart Growth - it's terrible b/c there's no room for you.

Growing Smart Legislative Guidebook with Model Statutes for Planning and the Management of Change

President's Council on Sustainable Development

ICLEI, the USA website

Local Agenda 21 Planning Guide - City of Phoenix's Planning Guidebook

Wildways Wilderness Project - Where are Humans going to Live?  Can you see how NAFTA was used to push Mexicans off their land and into the United States via Illegal Immigration?

Wildways Impact of their Projects - Guided slideshow showing Federal Government Land Grabs. Wonder why the ranchers in Nevada are being targeted? Agenda 21. (Ben Swann's Exclusive Videos: Fed’s 260K Acre Land Grab At Vail Lake as an example of this UN plan.)

Complete Streets - Nowhere to park and the disabled have little choices

Alliance for Biking and Walking - Pressure Lobbyists for less Logical Growth

The National Association of Regional Councils (NARC) - You didn't vote them in and you don't have a voice but they sure like to make decisions that directly impact your way of life and like to spend your tax money.

There are three cornerstones of UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development: Economy, Ecology, and Social Equity. Here is how the Post Sustainability Institute describes this trend toward the human island syndrome of current ideolog planning and zoning of Phoenix, Maricopa County, and surrounding communities:
Economic collapse creates a chain of events, but on a micro level (county, city) there is a marked reduction in revenue for maintenance of services. Loss of services to outlying areas means, for example, roads not being maintained to rural and suburban areas. Roads not being maintained to those areas, schools not being supported in those areas, law enforcement/fire/social services not being supported in those areas means a gradual movement into the denser city centers. Add to that the increased cost of gasoline (manipulated), and the higher cost of energy (manipulated) to heat and cool statistically larger homes, and you have more pressure to leave rural and suburban areas. Reduction of energy usage is key. Smart Growth/New Urbanism in Redevelopment Areas is the supposed answer: smaller units, attached condos, little or no parking, few private cars. More eyes on the street. Redevelopment projects are the implementation arm of the UN plan, and include rezoning of huge sections of your cities to Smart Growth zones. This physical manifestation of UN Agenda 21 is social engineering paid for with your property tax dollars. These areas then have their property taxes diverted away from your services and into the pockets of a few developers and bond brokers for 30-45 years. Result? Bankrupt cities and counties.

In addition to these factors, ecologically motivated regulation makes rural/suburban development prohibitive. From stream/creek/ditch protection to watershed protection, to bayland/inland/rural corridor prohibitions, to increased species protection (lists are growing), the use of land is greatly limited. Water well monitoring and loss of water rights reduce the opportunity for living outside of cities. Wildlands programs that prohibit roads and trails into rural areas while supposedly protecting them with conservation easements increase the loss of our food source independence. The sale of development rights to Agricultural Land Trusts that restrict farmers and ranchers from using their lands and therefore make it impossible to farm for more than one more generation endanger our ability to feed ourselves.

Add to this the pressure from ICLEI Climate Protection Campaigns to reduce our energy usage to pre-1985 levels, and increased regulations on industry and you have the perfect storm for loss of jobs and greater dependence on other countries for goods. As the population becomes more and more urbanized and less able to provide food or necessary products, more people are dependent on the government for housing, food, and other basic necessities. Government itself becomes dependent on grants and loans with requirements attached. In this way policy-makers are influenced and pressured by the corporatocracy. Public/private partnerships favor some businesses over others and completely unbalance the playing field. Independent businesses go bankrupt. Poverty works its way into the middle class.

Social equity, another one of the cornerstones of Agenda 21 comes in here. As a major leveler, the loss of money, land, food, and energy independence brings the US into 'social equity' with the poorer countries. This is a goal of Agenda 21. Health will suffer, presumably health care will suffer, nutrition will suffer. Psychological problems, stress from living in tight Smart Growth areas with other un- or underemployed people, and crime will result. Community Oriented Policing will encourage, if not require, people to watch their neighbors and report suspicious activity. More activity will be identified as 'crime'--such as obesity, smoking, drinking when you have a drinking problem, name calling, leaving lights on, neglect (in someone's perception) of children, elderly, and pets, driving when you could ride a bike, breaking a curfew, and failure to do mandatory volunteering. The 'community' will demand more law enforcement to restore order, and more rules and regulations will ensue. The lines between government and non-governmental groups will blur more and more as unelected local groups make policy decisions using the Delphi Technique to manufacture consensus. The Chinese and Russian models are instructive in what you can expect under Communitarianism. See Nien Cheng's Life and Death in Shanghai, and Alexsander Solzhenitsen's The Gulag Archipelago for real world examples. The war on terror is a Communitarian plan designed to terrorize YOU.

You can see that the groundwork for this has been laid and is being implemented throughout the nation. When you create deep dependence and then withdraw assistance the result is chaos and poverty. Propaganda infuses our culture with messages that there are just a few winners and many losers; that we are killing the earth and time is running out; that prosperity is an anachronism and detrimental to life; that individual freedom is selfish and injures those who are less free.

This is UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

Communitarianism is the 'balancing' or subsuming of individual rights below the needs of the 'community.' The community is defined now as the global village. So anything identified as serving the global village takes precedence over the rights of the individual. In the United States, our constitution guarantees our rights to life and liberty. Ownership of property includes that of our own persons.

Personal liberty is at odds with Communitarianism, the new standard of the Twenty-first Century. Join us in fighting UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.
Angry yet? Then get involved with your city, city council, mayor, and county officials today. Voters can change this scenario. If the local planning commissions and representatives will not listen, then pressure state legislatures to pass laws against implementing these United Nations' directives.

This country is the United States, not the Soviet Union. What is happening in our country is nothing short of treason. Let's change it.

Twisters, Typhoon, Solar Wind, Spaceweather and Star Clusters

Typhoon in the western Pacific is referenced as well as sparse earthquake activity. The Earth is taking on some solar wind but nothing of major influence as the wind is not as strong as it could be.

In galactic news, the M87 galaxy has thrown out a star cluster. Yes, an entire cluster, not just one star was evicted from the galaxy, but a whole family. Astronomers have named this new cluster: HVGC-1, or hypervelocity globular cluster. This lonely star cluster is destined to drift between galaxies for all time.
"Astronomers have found runaway stars before, but this is the first time we've found a runaway star cluster," says Nelson Caldwell of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. Caldwell is lead author on the study, which will be published in The Astrophysical Journal Letters and is available online.
In simple contrast the Milky Way has 150 of these HVGC's but a large conglomerate like M87 has thousands. What threw scientists a curve was the velocity with which this cluster was moving across the galaxy. The Hectospec instrument on the MMT Telescope in Arizona was used to measure the speed; it is used to garner details about any globular cluster.

The velocity on HVGC-1 was astounding and real:
"We didn't expect to find anything moving that fast," says Jay Strader of Michigan State University, a co-author on the study.
So the next time you look into the sky, a new star cluster might be visible to the most discerning eye, and high-powered telescope.

Phoenix's first 100 degree day is coming quickly as the cooler air mass has left the Valley of the Sun. Breezy conditions will persist throughout the week. This weekend looks to be a scorcher.
Forecast Discussion: The wind event Saturday brought everything we expected - wind, cold air, dust, and some rain. Every PM10 monitor across the Valley registered Moderate levels. Buckeye nearly exceeded the standard, perhaps due to some recently tilled fields nearby? Rain totals were light as expected. Sky Harbor officially received just a Trace (less than 0.01 inches) of rain. Most measurable amounts fell in the upslope locations north, northeast and east of the Valley. The system has moved east and the flow has turned out of the northwest. There still remains some lingering dust in the Valley. The remnants will disperse over the course of the next several days with the heating of the day and natural drainage patterns to the west. Concentrations should return to the Good range by Monday. Ozone levels were Good on Saturday. Expect levels to remain mostly in the upper part of the Good range through much of the week under a northwest flow. Temperatures will rebound from a high of only 76°F on Saturday to 90°F by Tuesday and Wednesday, pushing into the middle 90s by Friday.

El Niño in 2014 - Will we have one?

El Nino is coming. Strong. Understated. Hang on to your hats; it's going to be a bumpy ride.
As part of their subdued forecast, Klotzbach and Gray predict a 35 percent chance that a hurricane will strike Florida, compared with the long-term average of 51 percent. The state has gone a record eight seasons without a hurricane hit.

Klotzbach and Gray, of Colorado State University, are considered elite tropical forecasters; Gray pioneered the development of seasonal outlooks in the early 1980s.
So their predictions are:
Phil Klotzbach and William Gray released their outlook Thursday, calling for nine named storms, including three hurricanes, one intense. That's far below the average of 12 named storms, including six hurricanes, three major.
Florida has a 35% chance of getting hit this year, down from the usual 51% chance. The last eight seasons Florida has avoided taking a direct hit.

Hurricane season begins on June 1st and runs through Nov. 30th.

For it's part, NOAA states:
"ENSO-neutral conditions continue. Equatorial sea surface temperatures (SST) were above-average near the International Date Line and in the east-central Pacific.
While ENSO-neutral is favored for Northern Hemisphere spring 2014, the chances of El Niño increase during the remainder of the year, exceeding 50% by summer."

Wispy clouds and sporadic lines in the Sky, April 27.
April 27th began with a leaving cold front and associated clouds pushing eastward.

Some man-made lines were detected in the sky as well as  jets making lines overheard, but for the most part, Sunday was a quiet geoengineering day.

With some frontal boundaries headed toward Arizona with windy weather and gusts, this week should be a lull in the chemical spray activity.

Friday and Saturday may see some chemical lines but the forecast shows Sunny days instead of Partly Cloudy; hence, the chances of geoengineering ruining the end of the week look slim.

Have a great week full of blue skies and fresh air.

With U.S. farming land being used for ethanol production instead of food production, the U.S. has to import much of its fresh food from other countries. In inner cities, that crisis is being resolved through community action. Food-like boxed products cannot support or enhance human health because it is a processed item without any real nutritional value. Just tread the box.

Natural, organic foods people produce either on the farm or in their yards cannot be found in most grocery stores in the inner cities except for specialty shops that are either too far or too expensive for many people.

Ron Finley decided to take action. Every community needs to become self-sufficient and food independent in this time of reduced food production on a national level.

Ron Finley plants vegetable gardens in South Central LA -- in abandoned lots, traffic medians, along the curbs. Why? For fun, for defiance, for beauty and to offer some alternative to fast food in a community where "the drive-thrus are killing more people than the drive-bys."

________________________________________

Every day, the VDP Gazette brings spaceweather updates that affect the Earth's climate, earthquake, and storm review thanks to Ben Davidson of Suspicious Observers. Here is his lecture on solar radiance and flaring in conjunction with Earth climatic shifts and responses.
The message has been loud and clear for many years—a community of scientists insisting that human activity is warming our planet, taking humanity to the edge of a precipice. But now, as science begins to understand earth's place in the electric solar system, the meaning of the present warming plateau becomes clearer. The Earth-Sun connection, together with the Sun's galactic environment, can help to explain climate extremes of every kind. Today, new voices and new perspectives are bridging the theoretical gaps, and independent investigations have reached some startling conclusions. No one can know the future, but some of the electrical changes in our solar system could point to catastrophic change on the horizon.

Ben Davidson is the researcher behind the Suspicious0bserver channel on YouTube, a channel that has rocketed in only 2 years to over 28 million views with 2 million added a month. Ben was classically trained in law and legal research, before taking up independent research in diverse sciences. His online presence has been a constant source of data dissemination, inspiring public interest in a variety of scientific fields, including the 'electric universe' theories. Ben focuses on the daily solar environment and the electromagnetic interactions between the sun, earth, and the galaxy. It was this interdisciplinary "due diligence" that led him to the surprising conclusions he will present at the conference.

This morning was a sprinkle filled windfest.

Even though the winds in the Phoenix area exceeded 30mph in some areas with gusts, the sky remained a silvery gray near the horizon. In the past with gusty wind storms, the air turns a yellowish brown color with the culmination of dust particles in the air.

Current Conditions:

Windy 25mph with Gusts 33mph+

Milky white in the distance.

Some Clouds passing to the North

Downtown Phoenix seeing the Frontal Boundary leave.

Forecast: Very windy. Calmer conditions after sun down and into tomorrow. Sunny conditions return for the next few days. Particulates in the moderate range thanks to the wind but geoengineering spraying appears to be abated until, perhaps, later this week.

Persons, children and elderly or having immune dysfunction, should stay out of the wind and indoors with filtered air for dust, pollens, and molds.

Action Plan: Enjoy the cooler, unseasonably cool, weather for the next 36 hours.

Pierre's Latest - Cosmic Microwave Background: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8ijb...
Ever since Penzias and Wilson discovered that the Earth was surrounded by microwave energy, astronomers have been quick to postulate that the apparent ~3K signal represented the signature of the Big Bang. Yet long ago, Gustav Kirchhoff insisted that the setting of temperatures, using the laws of thermal emission, required enclosure. Clearly, the Big Bang can never meet this requirement. In this presentation, it will be demonstrated that the microwave fields, which surround the earth and have excited distant molecules, can be generated by the hydrogen bond within water in the condensed state. A review of the COBE and WMAP will be presented, revealing that the microwave anisotropy maps have no scientific validity. The data lack both signal to noise and reproducibility. Furthermore, the PLANCK satellite findings will be discussed. These data provide unambiguous evidence that powerful microwave fields do not exist at L2. Penzias and Wilson measured water on Earth. The correct assignment of this signal is vital to better understanding our own planet.

Pierre-Marie Robitaille, PhD is a Professor of Radiology at The Ohio State University, with a joint appointment in Chemical Physics. He initially trained as a spectroscopist and has wide ranging knowledge of instrumentation in the radio and microwave bands. A recognized expert in image acquisition and analysis, Professor Robitaille was responsible for doubling the world record in Magnetic Resonance Imaging in 1998. In 2000, he turned his attention to thermodynamics and astrophysics, demonstrating that the universality advanced in Kirchhoff's Law of Thermal Emission is invalid. He has published extensively on the microwave background, highlighting that this signal arises from water on the Earth and has no relationship to cosmology and has recently published a paper on the Liquid Metallic Hydrogen Solar Model (LMHSM).

Tampons the Ultimate Weapon Against School Micromanagement

Staff Writer, DL Mullan
School Policy / Parental Rights
_________________________________

Really? Principals don't have a better use of their time but make unruly rules? Young women are being forced at school to carry their feminine hygiene products around... in what? Backpacks and purses have been banished from Galesburg High School campus in Illinois.
“Things like people texting in purses — in class or inappropriate items coming into class and so it wasn’t a single incident, it wasn’t even two or three, it was a combination of all those,” Principal Roy Van Meter stated to the local news affiliate.
Duh, they are kids. When rules are so overbearing, children of that age tend to rebel. How long have you been a school principal anyway? It's psychology 101.

Maybe it's not the students. Perhaps it's the school.
“She carries her personal feminine napkins in it, hand sanitizing lotion and wipes during her monthly cycle,” the girl’s mother, Carri Harding, told WQAD8 on Wednesday.
Wow! Surprised the poor girl wasn't arrested, but placed in in-house suspension until she gets a doctor's note for her "medical condition." Obviously, it is a directive from someone who has never had a period.
“Really, a medical condition? I mean, every woman has it every month. It’s not a medical condition, it’s nature,” Harding said in the interview. “I just think that, that particular aspect of their policy should be re-looked at and maybe gone about a different way.”
It's ridiculous. Young women should have access to their necessities during school hours. Their feminine care products are supposed to remain sanitary for good reason. The products should not be lying around in a metal locker or easily lost or stolen from a young lady's pants pocket.

Women need their privacy. Adults need to get real.
The purse ban is only the latest controversial school rule to hit the headlines. Earlier this month, a Florida school board member proposed a dress code for parents who she claimed dressed too sloppily. “Many parents pick their children up wearing curlers in their hair, sweatpants that fall down, and even pajamas,” board member and creator of the ban Rosalind Osgood told Yahoo Shine. “How can we teach our children to be serious about education if their parents don’t set the right tone?” And last May, according to an upset father on Reddit, his son's unnamed preschool prohibited kids from engaging in "superhero play" to prevent injuries.
Parents, it's time to take your school systems back.

These people are your employees. You need to start demanding respect for you and your children. No more RFID chips in ID cards. No more school-prison indoctrination. No more drug testing students.

School is there for learning. If your children get bad grades, then you deal with their texting in class. It's not the school's responsibility to police or parent your children; it's a parent's responsibility.

While you are at putting boundaries on your school officials, take the time to take back your family too.

Or next thing the school bans from campus, maybe you.

Even if you do not watch this lecture for the climate remediation, please listen to the first few minutes about the new toxic, mercury-laden CFL light bulbs.

This lecture supports what Dane Wigington speaks about on his site: Geoengineering Watch.

If you do sit through the entire lecture, then you will understand why the VDP Gazette is bringing this subject to the forefront. Geoengineering is an ongoing program. It is dangerous. It is impacting human health. It is killing off agriculture.

Please get involved and bring attention to Geoengineering so it can be stopped.
"Geoengineering: Destroying the Atmosphere" Presentation by Rosalind Peterson with a Special Presentation by Allan Buckmann - Radio Liberty October 23, 2011 Seminar - Aptos, CA

"Climate Remediation" = Geoengineering - Global Geoengineering Governance: Currently the U.S. Government, our military, NASA, NOAA (other U.S. agencies), any city, county, state, private indivduals, corporations, foreign governments, and foreign corporations, can initiate any type of geo-engineering experiments without public knowledge, consent, government restrictions or public debate.

Lecturer's Biography
Rosalind PetersonRosalind Peterson is California President and Co-Founder of the Agriculture Defense Coalition (ADC). The ADC was formed in 2006, to protect agricultural from a wide variety of experimental weather and atmospheric testing programs.

Ms. Peterson also founded California Skywatch in 2002, when she began researching atmospheric testing and weather modification programs. The two websites are separate entities but are linked together by issues listed alphabetically in the "Categories" section.

Ms. Peterson was a Keynote Speaker at the 60th Annual DPI/NGO Conference on Climate Change (New York on September 5-7, 2007.) She spoke about agriculture and the negative impacts of experimental weather modification programs on tree and plant health, along with other important issues. Since then she has presented her United Nations Power Point Presentation to colleges, universities and interested groups. She has also been interviewed on numerous radio and television programs.

In 1995, Rosalind, now retired, became a certified California United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency Agriculture Crop Loss Adjustor. She worked in more than ten counties throughout California. Many crop losses throughout the State can be attributed to weather related causes. She worked for five years for the Mendocino County Department of Agriculture as an Agriculture Technologist before being hired by the USDA Farm Service Agency in California.

Rosalind has a BA degree from Sonoma State University in Environmental Studies & Planning (1991 ENSP), with emphasis on solar power, photosynthesis, agriculture, crop production, and the efficient use of energy in the future. Ms. Peterson has won several awards and recognition for her extensive efforts to protect drinking water supplies in Martinez, California, from toxic chemical contamination. She also writes articles for NewsWithViews.com on many subjects including protection of the environment from ongoing, unregulated, atmospheric geoengineering experiments and weather modification programs.

She was born and rasied on a working farm in Mendocino County, located in Northern California, and from this early farm education feels that she has a working knowledge of agriculture, crop production, weather and other difficulties faced by the agricultural community.

California chemical drinking water graphs have been prepared from data available from California State Department of Health Drinking Water Division water tests for many of the chemicals found in the drinking water supplies of California residents. Those requesting use of the graphing program should contact Rosalind via E-Mail. Many graphs are already online and can be viewed or downloaded.

Posters, maps, banners, graphics, power point presentations, videos, petitions, graphs, and spreadsheets are also on this site. Those wishing to order two-sided color posters or maps should contact the ADC. The site is designed to facilitate research on various topics, to bring together various studies and how they interact with each other. It is designed to stimulate additional research from those interested in supporting this research effort.

Please be advised that the ADC is interested in receiving information that will hold up as hard evidence in a court of law. The companion website California Sky Watch will have additional information, carry current events, petitions, updates on current legislation, and will be a fast tracking action website for both Southern California Sky Watch and the Bonnefire Coalition. The ADC site has the database backup information and documentation for California Skywatch Website which interconnects through the "categories" section.

OTHER NEWS

North Korea has been fighting an outbreak of bird flu since last month, culling tens of thousands of poultry so far. A chicken farm in the capital reported signs of H5N1 virus on March 21 and the virus has now spread to other poultry farms, Xinhua news agency reported citing the KCNA official news agency. "(We) are suffering from extensive economic damage as tens of thousands (of poultry) have either fallen dead or been culled," - Agriculture Ministry. This is on top a huge pig culling last month due to Foot And Mouth Disease found in pigs.

The Ohio Department of Health is investigating more than a dozen suspected cases of measles in the Mt. Vernon area near Columbus, likely caused by unvaccinated travelers returning from the Philippines. The people who have fallen ill with the suspected cases of measles range in age from two years old to 48 years old, according to a department spokeswoman. None of the cases has yet been confirmed, but more information will likely be available tomorrow. Measles is a highly contagious respiratory disease caused by a virus of the same name. The disease is also called rubeola. Symptoms usually appear in seven to 18 days after exposure, and include fever, runny nose, cough and a rash all over the body.

At least five people have died due to sunstroke in Odisha this summer, an official said on Monday. Two people died in the coastal district of Cuttack, one on March 23 and another on April 14, an official of the state revenue department said. The districts of Boudh, Puri and Sambalpur have reported one death each this month, he said. While three of the dead were over 65 years old, two were aged 45 and 52 respectively, he said. A heat wave has been sweeping across the state for the past several weeks with some places experiencing a maximum temperature of over 40 degrees celsius.

Rosalind Peterson Presents at 2007 UN Session on Global Warming

Staff Writer, DL Mullan

______________________________________

In this report to the United Nations, Rosalind Peterson discusses how geoengineering's negative effects on the land, water, air, and atmosphere are creating more problems than it's supposed to correct.
Rosalind Peterson, from Agriculture Defense Coalition, delivers a presentation to the United Nations regarding the impact of geoengineering programs on Earth’s atmosphere as well as agricultural systems. Citing the lack of public awareness and oversight as potentially disastrous omissions, Ms. Peterson presents a summary of her group’s research regarding negative impacts of current geoengineering practices.

According to Ms. Peterson, over 50 US companies are currently participating in geoengineering programs which inject harmful particulates such as aluminum, barium, and strontium into our atmospheres under the pretense of warding off global warming. Her California based group are a type of watchdog organization set up to bring awareness to the public regarding the impact and potential risks associated with current geoengineering practices.
Geoengineering is dangerous and is ongoing across the world. What is worse is that trusted entities like NASA, the US Air Force, and the US Navy are deploying toxic chemicals into the atmosphere with no oversight over these programs.
Toxic chemicals used in experimental atmospheric testing programs by the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy in conjunction with NASA or private companies, and wealthy individuals are already showing up in drinking water samples across the United States. The California State Department of Heath, Drinking Water Division in Sacramento, CA, is the repository for all public drinking water tests results required by the State of California and the EPA. These tests show increasing (unusual spikes), levels of toxic water contaminants. (If you have air pollutants in your water it is likely that your soils are also polluted from the same sources.)
There seems to be no public protections from governmental agencies, private corporations, or the military from poisoning or even destroying the atmosphere.
In the United States anyone may modify or mitigate your weather or climate without your consent.  Any government agency, the military, state, county, city, private corporation, weather modification company or individual can modify your weather at any time. No public notification is required other than to report these programs to NOAA if they are ongoing.  However, it has been learned that many weather modification programs are not reported to NOAA (National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration), because they are not ongoing each year, are experimental or are military programs.
That is because excluding the public and many others is the name of the game. If you do not include dissenters or questioners, then you can brag that there is no opposition to your programs:

In this lead up article to tonight's Movie Night: Geo-Engineering: Destroying the Atmosphere with Rosalind Peterson, we will get the bigger scope of how sustainability and green initiatives are actually harming the planet instead of saving it.

Changes for the Weekend, Wind, Rain, and Unseasonable Temperatures

Staff Writer, DB Holmes
Weather / Air Quality
_____________________________________

More wind, a spatter of rain, and cooler temperatures for this weekend. Unseasonable and unusual weather but most likely the last Phoenix will see of below average temperatures until November. Saturday's light rain event might be all Phoenix sees in precipitation until the start of the Monsoon season the first week of July.
Forecast Discussion: The models have been pretty consistent with the next weather system slated to impact our forecast area later Friday through Saturay. Winds will increase out of the southwest between 10 and 20 mph Friday afternoon. There's a little break overnight, but winds will pickup again around noon on Saturday, gusting around 25 mph at times. Wednesday's episode did trigger some dust across part of the Valley with many monitors reaching the lower Moderate range of the Air Quality Index (AQI). This will likely happen again Friday and Saturday before the winds ultimately clear the air. Expect PM10 levels to reach the middle Moderate range Saturday. Ozone concentrations will likely push well into the Moderate range today ahead of the system, aided by some import from the west. Levels improve Friday through the weekend with stronger winds, especially when the winds turn out of the northwest on Sunday. Models still project highs in the low 70s on Saturday with a slight chance for a shower or two. Amounts won't be impressive, but the desert enjoys anything wet that the sky will provide. Highs push back into the low 90s by next Tuesday.

Reimaging Arizona: How False Promises of America 2050 are Defacing Our State

Staff Writer, Nicole Meyer-Greene
Megaregions / Sustainability
_________________________________

Phoenix, Arizona is an unlikely place to force Agenda 21 on, but it is happening. False promises of sustainability are leading the state capitol and many other cities around it into a megaregion of people without the resources necessary to sustain such a massive human island population.

City of Phoenix residents are mailed fliers and information monthly on how to cut back on water, power, and other necessities for those living in this arid climate. Is it for conservation? Or, is there some other machination at work?

Enter: Megaregions.

The United Nations (U.N.), ICLEI, and Sustainability/Reimaging (marketing terms) are reshaping the United States into an unrecognizable landscape of multiuse housing, infilling, and other terrible planning ideas through the use of unnecessary bicycle lane grants and horrendous rezoning practices known as Agenda 21 dogma disguised as "Sustainability."

Does Phoenix really need 20 million plus people in the Valley? Will cutting my trash waste, water consumption, or utility use really help create a better planet? Or, a futuristic wasteland in the Sonoran Desert?

The whole premise behind Agenda 21, Sustainability, and Reimaging cities and towns in the United Nations' own image is to save the planet from CO2. Carbon dioxide, what plants breathe in and animals breathe out, is the dragon to be slayed.

Wouldn't it be logical to begin a campaign to put solar on cars and houses immediately instead of painting and extending bike lanes? Wouldn't it be more feasible to plant more vegetation? Wouldn't any idea be better than creating Megaregions, attacking rural farmers/ranchers, and wasting tax payer money on a grand scale?

SOUNDS LIKE SCIENCE FICTION...OR SOME CONSPIRACY THEORY...BUT IT ISN'T. - See more at: http://www.democratsagainstunagenda21.com/#sthash.PGJhIKpQ.dpuf
It does not matter that Climate Change and Global Warming are not real. It's the suspicion something is happening to the world because of humans. Yep, the Earth is being polluted and poisoned by governments and corporations on a daily basis, yet a resident's water usage and trash waste is eyed as the culprit. Not to mention breathing, which is another fallacy, carbon dioxide is not the enemy. The enemy of the planet is the lack of common sense.

Perhaps instead of wasting tax payer money on refurbishing bike lanes and informational U.N. propaganda, the City of Phoenix should be finding ways to house the homeless, feed the starving masses, help the elderly and disabled, and create jobs with a living wage.

It's way more complicated than painting a bike lane, but positive economic growth and refusal of United Nations' grants will do more for the ecology in the long run than "social justice." How about regular justice? The City of Phoenix becomes a place where plants, animals, and people all live in balance and harmony, where the desert is protected but admired and used for positive purposes, where the land, air, and water are respected without the addition of chemicals, poisons, and genetically modified anything?

Or does the destruction of our natural and beautiful desert at the behest of the United Nations more important because of the "grants" of tax payer money?

Think about it. Common sense sounds better. People want to enjoy the Earth, free from government interference and corporate greed, don't you agree?

It is after all the People's resources.

Heliophysicist Antti Pulkkinen of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md. and his team are installing scientific substations beneath high-voltage power transmission lines operated by Virginia's Dominion Virginia Power this summer to measure in real-time a phenomenon known as geomagnetically induced currents (GICs). "This is the first time we have used the U.S. high-voltage power transmission system as a science tool to map large-scale GICs," Pulkkinen said. "This application will allow unprecedented, game-changing data gathering over a wide range of spatial and temporal scales."

In the early afternoon on April 20, 2014, the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASA’s Aqua satellite captured this natural-color image of Lake Superior, which straddles the United States–Canada border. At the time Aqua passed over, the lake was 63.5 percent ice covered, according to the NOAA Great Lakes Environmental Research Lab (GLERL). Averaged across Lake Superior, ice was 22.6 centimeters (8.9 inches) thick; it was as much as twice that thickness in some locations.

Weather and Air Quality Forecast for the Next Ten Days

Staff Writer, DL Mullan
Weather / Air Quality
_________________________________

It's up and down for the next ten days. From 90's to mid 70's on Saturday, then a brief stint in the 80's and straight toward 99 degrees by May 1st. All the while, breezy to windy conditions will remain in the forecast as brush fire conditions are ripe throughout Arizona.
Forecast Discussion: It's going to be a little breezy later Tuesday night with some residual winds into early Wednesday and again Wednesday afternoon. We are not expecting any dust from this event, but local ozone concentrations will likely reach the middle to upper Moderate range at multiple Valley locations Tuesday. Atmospheric mixing will break up the ozone plume Wednesday resulting in lower overall concentrations. Conditions improve and temperatures warm once again Thursday and Friday to around 90°F. We're keeping an eye on the next system. This one will be much larger, bringing some potential moisture to the deserts Saturday. Again, southwest winds could push 20 mph at times, but dust does not appear to be an issue, especially if the system is accompanied with moisture. The biggest change will be temperatures. Phoenix may struggle to reach 75°F on Saturday. That would be about 13 degrees below normal. For now, expect air quality levels to improve after Wednesday, with ozone possible edging higher on Friday.

Can You Find the Ukraine?

Staff Writer, DL Mullan
Geography / Interactive Map
______________________________________

During the end of March, the Washington Post conducted a geography survey. The national survey asked 2066 Americans to find the Ukraine on the map.
“Most thought that Ukraine was located somewhere in Europe or Asia, but the median respondent was about 1,800 miles off — roughly the distance from Chicago to Los Angeles — locating Ukraine somewhere in an area bordered by Portugal on the west, Sudan on the south, Kazakhstan on the east, and Finland on the north,” according to the Monkey Cage post, written by political scientists Kyle Dropp of Dartmouth College, Joshua D. Kertzer of Harvard University and Thomas Zeitzoff of Princeton University.
Sadly, one out of six Americans could find the Ukraine.
The point of the poll was to see how foreign policy views can be affected by people’s perceptions of where countries are located. In fact, according to the post,”The further our respondents thought that Ukraine was from its actual location, the more they wanted the U.S. to intervene militarily.”
Even sadder, the dumbing down of Americans through the public education system over the past several decades are working in the favor of the elite ruling class. Lack of knowledge and information is not the problem, Americans need to spend a few hours a week learning or re-learning the world around them. Since many have the internet, perhaps it's time to use this tool for more than social media and gaming.

Usage of the internet like that could change the world. Or, at least, keep America from going to wars induced by the ultra wealthy corporations and bankers. Then our military could be used for actual positive purposes instead of destructive ones the globe over.

For your entertainment and education, enjoy the interactive map of the world via this link:

Isn't it time Americans stop acting stupid about the ramifications of our elites' global domination policies?

After all the elite ruling class is doing terrible actions in your name with money your grandchildren will have to pay back.
