Faking the Moon Landing – Stanley Kubrick & NASA’s Noble Lie with Bart Sibrel

Staff Writer, DB Holmes
Government / NASA

Was the moon landing faked by NASA and Stanley Kubrick in an effort to cover up the failure to execute John F. Kennedy’s bold desire to have a man on the moon before the end of the 1960s? We discuss the theory with Bart Sibrel, who shares unedited NASA footage of the mission, and explains the reasons why the lunar landing was not possible in this uncensored Buzzsaw interview hosted by Sean Stone.

Trahison Des Professeurs: The Critical Law of Armed Conflict Academy as an Islamist Fifth Column

Staff Writer, R. Patrick Chapman
Government  / Military

What is wrong with our military, in detail and from West Point:

Islamist extremists allege law of war violations against the U.S. to undermine American legitimacy, convince Americans that the U.S. is an evil regime fighting an illegal and immoral war against Islam, and destroy the political will of the American people. Yet Islamists’ own capacity to substantiate these claims is inferior to a critical cadre of American law of armed conflict academics whose scholarship and advocacy constitute information warfare that tilts the battlefield against U.S. forces by arguing — against evidence and reason — that the Islamist jihadis a response to valid grievances against U.S. foreign policy, that civilian casualties and Abu Ghraib prove the injustice of the U.S. cause, that military action is an aggressive over-reaction, and that the U.S. is engaged in war crimes that breed terrorists, threaten the rule-of-law, and make us less safe. Rather than lending their prodigious talents to the service of their nation, these legal academics, for reasons ranging from the benign to the malignant, have mustered into the Islamist order of battle to direct their legal expertise against American military forces and American political will. This psychological warfare by American elites against their own people is celebrated by Islamists as a portent of U.S. weakness and the coming triumph of Islamism over the West.

This Article defends these claims and then calls for a paradigmatic shift in our thoughts about the objects and purposes of the law of armed conflict and about the duties that law professors bear in conjunction with the rights they claim under academic freedom. It then examines the consequences of suffering this trahison des professeurs to exist and sketches key recommendations to attenuate its influence of this, shore up American political will, and achieve victory over ISIS and Islamist extremism more broadly.

Government Knowledge, GMOs, and the Law

Staff Writer, R. Patrick Chapman
Laws / GMOs

The Federal Government's Agency that is supposed to safeguard the food and health of Americans is playing a game of chicken with the Center for Food Safety by not handing over documents in a Freedom of Information Act request:
On August 25th, the Center for Food Safety (CFS) filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) for failure to adequately respond to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests related to genetically engineered (GE) crops. This marks the fourth time the CFS has sued APHIS to force the release of records.
GMOs are not being regulated, properly tested for health safety for humans or animals.

Why are corporations allowed to write and enforce their own laws when We the People are in charge not the corporations?

Judge Rules Women Violated by Sex Traffickers Appear Willing

Staff Writer, Nicole Meyer-Green
Law / Violent Crimes

Sounds farfetched, right? That a judge would not view human sex trafficking as a violent crime, but Senior Judge Andre Davis of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has decided otherwise.
The court, Judge Davis wrote, was “not persuaded that the ordinary case of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion involves a substantial risk that the defendant will use physical force as a means to commit the offense.”
So women go willingly to be brutualized, is that what you are saying, Judge Davis?
Congress passed section 1591(a) as part of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (TVPA). The TVPA included a congressional finding that traffickers “often” subject victims to physical violence. In other words, Congress said there is a substantial risk that a trafficker will use physical force against trafficking victims. The court ignored the finding, without any evidence to the contrary.
Yet the court decided not to enforce the laws on the books. Why is that exactly?

Women forced into this underworld of sex and violence are not willing participants. To even suggest this hypothesis is ridiculous at best. This judge needs to be taken off the bench. Sex trafficking is violent and a crime of epic proportions.

Monsanto Class Action Lawsuits

Staff Writer, Nicole Meyer-Greene
Roundup / Legal

Ever wonder if Roundup and Monsanto are so bad why isn't anyone suing them? Well, there are lawsuits, but the mainstream media will not cover this current topic.

Really think we have freedom of the press when the press cannot expose politicians, corporations, or the United Nations?

Here is a summary of the legal argument against Roundup:
Roundup’s active ingredient is glyphosate The enzyme it targets, to stop weeds in mid-growth and kill them, is EPSP synthase. Phillips’s lawsuit argues that EPSP synthase is found in the gut bacteria of both humans and animals. Furthermore, the lawsuit claims that science links Roundup’s active ingredient to all manner of health issues, ranging from mild (indigestion) to serious (ulcers) to life-threatening (celiac disease, liver disease and cancer).
If you would like more information or to join in, please visit the following websites:
  • For more information: Visit the Monsanto Class Action website.
  • To join the Monsanto class action lawsuit: contact T. Matthew Phillips, Esq. (Calif. State Bar No. 165833) via email at tmatthewphillips @, or at (323) 314-6996.
  • To donate: If you’d like to help, visit Monsanto Class Action’s GoFundMe page.
  • Not from California?: For now, Phillips’ Monsanto class action lawsuit only includes California residents (though that could change). But Phillips encourages other attorneys and activists to use his clearly-worded, not-overly-legalese-ish lawsuit filing as a template.
  • The Schmidt Firm, PLLC — a leading personal injury litigation firm — is also accepting cases involving Roundup. Call 1-866-920-0753 for a free consultation, or visit their website.
